Sentro Rizal Toronto of the Consulate General of the Philippines in Toronto is pleased to announce the various digital platforms of the Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and other local cultural agencies. The digital platforms are being introduced to enable the continuous promotion of Philippine culture and arts overseas while adapting to the “new normal” brought about by the current COVID-19 pandemic.
