Toronto, 01 August 2019 -- Mr. Ron Michael Adea paid a courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto to convey his invitation for representatives of the Consulate to attend “The Ron Adea Concert,” which will be held on 18 January 2020 at the Teatrino, Greenhills Promenade in the City of San Juan, Philippines. Ron, who is 26 years old and an accomplished pianist, was accompanied by his mother Mrs. Lucy Adea.

The concert will be directed by Emily Jo Villacorta. Proceeds of the tickets sales will benefit the Autism Society Philippines and the ASP Laguna Chapter.

Toronto, 31 July 2019 – Philippine Honorary Consul in Manitoba , the Honorable Ronaldo Opina reports that on 28 June 2019, he received a copy of the Manitoba Provincial Government’s Proclamation declaring the month of June as Filipino Heritage Month from the Honorable Cathy Cox, Member of Legislative Assembly of River Cox (also Minister for Sport, Culture and Heritage) and the Honorable Jon Reyes, Member of Legislative Assembly of St. Norbert.
